Danny T & Team - It's all about You!

A little bit about Danny T...
Danny Thompson began his housing career actually in Residential Remodeling. Working for several different companies out of high school, Danny started Titan Contractors Company in 1984. While TCC became a successful, growing company, Danny bought "fixer-uppers" and hired an agent to sell the refurbished properties. Being frugal (read "cheap") at heart, Danny acquired his Real Estate License in order to avoid paying sales commissions to someone else. (The truth is sometimes stranger than fiction :) ) As it turned out, Danny T quickly became one of the "Top 50" Realtors in San Antonio, according to the San Antonio Business Journal ( #22 in 1996, #9 in 1997) After selling 100 homes by October of 1997, Danny entered full-time ministry at a local church with the title of "Family Minister". While serving at Evers Road Christian Church, Danny continued to help people buy and sell real estate, only as time permitted. Upon completing a three and a half year commitment at ERCC, Danny determined it was a good time to return to full-time sales.

A little bit about the Team...
The Team approach has been made more popular as the Real Estate industry has evolved. While Danny T prefers a hands-on approach, the use of a Transaction coordinator has been a great benefit to the overall process of selling a home. Dustin Curle is the person you will talk to after putting your home under contract with DannyT. While Danny still supervises the transaction, you are in excellent hands with Dustin, as he has over 8 years experience managing transactions in the Keller Williams Office.

A word from Danny T...
My original team name, Team-21, was born early in 2001. Team-21 sold over 41 homes in 2001, over 61 homes in 2002, and over 75 homes in 2003! This ranked Team 21 in the Top 25 Teams in the San Antonio Business Journal in 2003 and 2004! Team 21 also was awarded TOP TEAM in sales and listings at Keller Williams Realty North Central Office for the year of 2003!

Changing the team name to Danny T & Team(Home & Investment Specialists) in 2005, we continue to use cutting-edge marketing strategies and focus on providing personal, professional service to all our clients. We believe in "Making a Difference" and so we have adopted that very phrase to define our business. We want to do such a fantastic job for each of our clients that we literally make a difference not only in their Real Estate goal and their finances, but also in their lives. We do this by providing accurate and excellent information during the buying and selling process, and continuing to do so for as long as our clients are in San Antonio. We keep our clients abreast of the changing market & important events, as well as remain available to answer their questions regarding homeownership and other real estate matters. When we say "Clients for life", we mean "Client's for LIFE!"
